Increase customer loyalty

In my graduation report, I researched how Another Concept can better inform its clients about the marketing and web design possibilities the company offers, with the goal of strengthening customer loyalty. During the research, I worked on developing a tool that provides both new and existing clients with more insight into their journey. After three iterations, I developed the “Strategy Disc,” a visual tool used to guide clients step by step through their online strategy. This ensures that clients remain actively engaged, communication is improved, and Another Concept maintains its competitive edge.
